By using the travel services provided by 369 Siam Elite, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservations & Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
369 Siam Elite reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation at its discretion where necessary.
Prices may change due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, airline pricing, taxes, government charges, or other third-party fees.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
2. Payment
Unless otherwise specified, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.
Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation without prior notice.
Any applicable bank, payment gateway, or transaction charges may be payable by the customer.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, tour operator, or other service provider.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable cancellation and refund conditions.
Cancellation charges, airline penalties, administrative fees, and service charges may apply.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.
4. Travel Documentation
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that their passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and other required travel documents are valid and available before departure.
369 Siam Elite is not responsible for any loss, cancellation, denied boarding, entry refusal, or other consequences arising from incomplete, expired, or incorrect travel documentation.
Customers should independently verify entry and visa requirements applicable to their destination.
5. Changes to Itinerary
Airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers may change schedules, routes, accommodations, or other travel arrangements due to operational requirements, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
369 Siam Elite will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to customers as soon as practicable.
Additional costs resulting from customer-requested itinerary changes may apply.
6. Travel Insurance
Customers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss or delay, travel disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
369 Siam Elite shall not be responsible for costs or losses arising from a customer’s failure to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
7. Limitation of Liability
369 Siam Elite acts as a travel service provider and/or intermediary between customers and third-party travel suppliers where applicable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 369 Siam Elite shall not be liable for losses, delays, injuries, property damage, cancellations, schedule changes, or other issues caused by airlines, hotels, tour operators, government authorities, weather, strikes, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any liability of 369 Siam Elite, where legally applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid to 369 Siam Elite for the relevant service, subject to applicable law.
8. Force Majeure
369 Siam Elite shall not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, strikes, technical failures, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.
9. Governing Law
These Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
